We are pleased to introduce ourselves as an ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company Prime Engineering Works & Steel Re rolling Mills (PESM) is sister concern of Al-tech Engineers & Manufacturers.In Rail Fastening Material we are manufacturing all types of Fastening Material, namely, Rail Crossings Clips for Anchor Plates, Round Spikes, Dog Spikes, Clip Spikes etc. The production program also includes Fabricated Railway Material such as Stretcher Bars with Brackets, Steel Sleepers, Rail Pads, Point Slide Chairs and a host of other items.
Our company group has number of strategic business units such as Machine Shop, Fabrication shop and Forge Shop.
The Machine Shop is equipped with medium and heavy machine tools e.g., Planers, Plano Mills, Lathes, Shapers, Hydraulic Presses etc. for carrying out various machining operations.
Our Fabrication Shop has equipment like Heavy Plate Shears, Plate Bending, Press Brakes and a range of Gas and Electric Welding Plants.
Our Forge Shop is equipped with Presses that can produce a forged component of about 05 kg per piece. In addition we have arrangements to heat treat various components to the specs dictated by our clients. A laboratory facility is available to ensure quality of materials of construction manned by experienced and qualified Staff.
Our Casting Shop is equipped with the Sand caster and permanent Mold Castings through Die Casting. |
