Non-woven fabrics or knitted fabrics are used as a base fabric in producing wet process PU synthetic leather. The base may be dipped in a solution of the wet type material, or the wet type material may be applied on the base fabric. Following coagulation, rinsing with water and drying, the result is artificial leather with micro-gas pores. Then, after embossing or surface treatment, wet process synthetic leather with good air permeability is produced. This product is every bit as soft and pliable as genuine leather.
