1.The butterfly check valve shall be compact wafer design. According to ISO 5752 and fit between JIS & AMSE flanges. 2.The butterfly check valve disc shall be torsion spring loaded, normally closed. 3.The seating shall be resilient and water tight. 4.The butterfly check valve can be installed horizontally or vertically(flow up) to conserve valuable piping space. Valve must be installed with hing pin in the vertical position for horizontal flow applications.
