Electromagnetic clutch and brake ensure accuracy of bag sealing and cutting. Combines two machines in one, this machine has two independently controlled transmission systems permitting for simultaneous sealing operations on two production lines of different sizes of printing bags. If bags becomes squeezed or photoelectric sensors miss control, the machine automatically stops and sounds alarm. Two infeed mechanisms are separately controlled by two sets of photocell sensors, ensuring superior infeed condition. The machine uses "Heat Cutting", especially good for making semi T-Shirt type
Product Description:
This machine is specialized for manufacturing perforated bags in rolls with paper core. Up & down temperature controller to ensure the sealing is tight. With servomotor controlling the feeding motor, the size of the bag will have very small length tolerance. This machine is equipped with in-line system for automatic manufacturing. Produces perforated bags with half folding for star sealing. When abnormality occures, the machine will stop automatically.
