Both of the feed axis and driven by AC servo motors. The feed speed could up to 350M/min max. with excellent stability and tailor-made according to the center distance of two presses or die stages.
If it is necessary due to floor space of workshop or different stamping direction, the layout of press line could be turned in 90¢X direction to form a ¡©L¡ªtype of arrangement.
Without the feed bar in die space while the line stop, the changing or maintenance of die becomes easily.
Available for multi-press line with long feed pitch range from 800mm to 1500mm.
You can arbitrary combine or eliminate the amount of press in press line. The number of in-line presses is unlimited according to customer¡¦s needs. |
