* The pneumatic feeding rollers clamp timber smoothly and utilize synchronous drive through a gearbox reducer, for powerful and precise stock feed. Feed speed can be infinitely adjusted.
* The vertical and forward/reverse adjustment for all spindles can be operated from the front of the machine, saving work time.
* The working table is made of robust alloy steel cast iron, and the protecting plate of cutter is made of vacuum treated, precision ground, high speed steel.
* The cutting spindle can be lubricated from the front of the machine, providing ease of maintenance.
* Newly designed pneumatic feed of oil lubrication to the table surface allows for the easy feeding of any kind of lumber.
* Equipped with overload protection for cutting spindle. If an overload occurs, the feeding motor will stop lumber feed and after 3 seconds, all cutting spindles stop as well, providing safety and ensuring a long machine life. |
