Tool-head is designed in heavy style. The tool bits can be easily solid fixed in seat, prolonging the tool bits life.
Each head has 2 speed steps. 1st faster step to save working time. The 2nd step can be infinitely adjusted the cutting speed to get clean and smooth finish surface.
The length tolerance of each working piece can be contorlled within -+ 0.10mm, byeasily adjusted the cutting deep adjustable device.
The heavy casting machine bed & head stock, absorb most working vibration, which provide smooth, stable, and quiet operation.
Excellent electrical circuit designed with PLC controller, free for service.
Right side turning head can be easily moved to desired position by hand wheel. |
