1. Specially designed for the mass production of heat sealed, printed T-shirt bags making. The working and production procedure of the machine are fully programmed by Japanese made PLC(Programmable Logic Controller).
2. Equipped with jumbo film stand for film roll up to 1,200mm diameter. Together with cylinder film up-lifting system to prevent injury of workers, dancing rollers system to keep the film to be smoothly fed, and with pneumatic shafts for film roll holding to save time for changing film rolls.
3. Adopting cam positioner and encoder for the timing of the machine setting.
4. Film exhaust scanner and film jamming sensor, can stop machine when film runs out or jams to keep machine in smooth and stable operation condition.
5. Equipped with Japanese servo motor and driver system for achieving high speed and quiet operating condition of the machine. The capacity of the servo motor is 5HP for each lane. For reading, setting bag length, producing speed and function timing, simply press setting buttons upon the monitor.
6. Equipped with Italian photocell for precise printed mark registration.
7. Non-tension air feeding and heat sealing system for stronger sealing strength and smoother film feeding. The sealing bar can be turned upward for easy maintenance purpose under safety condition.
8. The sealing pressure of the sealing bar are controlled by large six knob, making the pressure system more durable.
9. Japanese inverter equipped for speed changing system to stabilize machine speed and avoid mechanical break down.
10. Pneumatic/hydraulic type puncher is adopted on the in-line punching system to ensure each bundle of bags to be punched out neatly and quietly. |
