2-roll plate bending roll is designed to prebend and roll the plate into a completed cylinder in one pass, and in a very short cycle time.The machine consists of 2 rolls; a fixed top roll and a moveable lower roll.The top roll made of carbon steel with cladding, and the lower roll made of carbon steel and cover with urethane outside.Hydraulically powered both top and lower rolls, with using correct size of the top roll for rolling diameter, the cylinder can be done in just one pass and get very perfect prebending on the head and tail edge.LED readout for showing the position of the lower roll and PLC electric system with push buttons for all controls make the operation to be more simple and convenient. The working capacity range is suitable from 0.3mm - 4mm thickness by 600mm - 1500mm width.
