| Power Roll is designed its three rolls a right-angled triangular shape. The top roll is right above the bottom roll with which is capable for one end pinch and prebending operation. It incorporates one fixed top roll and a hydraulically powered pinch roll to clamp the steel plate, and hydraulically powered rear bending roll to perform prebending and control correct bending diameter, and is equipped with a LED readout to show the roll position. Also, the rear bending roll is individually and hydraulically tiltable for cone rolling by using push buttons. Main motor is a brake motor with speed reducer connected to the top and bottom rolls to drive forward and reverse.All rolls have been through high frequency heat treatment on surface to HRC45¢X or above. It is of the best sales, most economic and popular series, especially for the job-shop fabricator.The working capacity range is suitable from 3mm - 16mm thickness by 900mm - 3000mm width.
