Automatic bar feeder for bars from 1 to 18mm diameter with lengths ranging from 3200 to 3700mm (Genius 118) and for bars from 2 to 26mm diameter with lengths ranging from 3200 to 4200mm (Genius 226), ideal for applications on CNC, cam-shaft, sliding or fixed headstock lathes.
These bar feeders completely renew the small diameter range: the countless innovations such as reduced dimensions (double bar pusher), feed accuracy (CNC control), axial displacement and a longer bar pusher allow these bar feeders to be utilized on all lathes available in the market today, ensuring high performance and operating ease. All of IEMCA's experience has been focused on these new models.
These two units represent the natural progression in the development of the previous line (CH112 - CH220), by combining the reliability of IEMCA's mechanical design with today's mechanical design with today's performance features offered in the electronic sector.
