Automatic bar magazine for bars from 5 to 65 mm, utilized on fixed headstock CNC lathes allows optimization of high-Rpm's.
The automatic bar loader with hydraulic suspension mod. TAL 65 and the feeder TAL 65, designed to feed high RPMs CNC lathes, are characterized by maximum noiselessness in operation with no vibrations and very reduced total length. The evenly distributed oil entry into the elastic guide channel guarantees the constant presence of an oil volume between the bar and the guide channel, thus making the most of its supporting effect; this sensibly reduces vibrations of not perfectly straight bars. Noise levels are reduced still further by the completely enclosed double cavity wall body design. |
