These are the basic principles of SUPER 326's philosophy. This feeder is capable of managing the bar completely, integrating with all types of single-spindle lathes, either with CNC or mechanical and with fixed or sliding headstock.
Featured with limited dimensions thanks to a double bar pusher, the feeder total length does not vary according to the variation of the bar pusher; lubricated guide channels eliminate noise and vibrations; a device between the lathe collet and the bar pusher controls and drives the bar, adjustable for every diameter without replacing parts (IEMCA Patent); feeding and production control; internal remnant removal.
Synchronization device with sliding headstock; these are only some of this feeder's winning features that represents a cost-effective solution of the bar feeding.
