1. The machine is capable of drilling arrays of holes. The controller can be programmed for circular arrays, rectangles and has a fourth axis for drilling metal sections such as robs, tubes and other shapes ; Addition of rotary indexer is necessary for this operation.
2. Edge finder is standard with this machine.
3. Set up parts on pallets (fixtures) and do mass production drilling of your work pieces, quickly.
4. CAD/CAM generated programs can be downloaded, by Ethernet work, RS232 or FD Driver.
5. De-ionized water should be used or distilled water.
6. Programming by G/M code, with on line help, easier to program.
7. Linear scale feed-back, enhances long term operation and excellent accuracy.
8. EDM parameters stored and recall by: type of electrode, size of electrode & material of work piece. |
