Single central positioned spindle (fixed), with two turrets and twin CNC control system. Twin turret can operate simultaneously and carry out different cutting on each ends.
Shaft, rod or tubes both ends cutting (O.D. or I.D.) are carried out simultaneously to obtain very high concentricity and efficiency.
Special designed loading & unloading system can be fit to handle workpiece with variety lengths.
Robot loading & unloading system can be fit to handle workpiece with unsymmetrical or special shaped on ends.
Special spindle or other equipment can be ordered for special job requirements. |
