Model EBS-1 automatic chair seat sander has been
designed to automatically sand the scoop, saddle,
and flat areas of a chair seat.
Two table positions allow deep saddle sanding while
retaining clear detail of the saddle and scoop.
The carriage is hydraulically driven producing a smooth
even sanding on each pass. For roughly scooped seats the
number of passes is easily and quickly changed.
The incorporation of a digital load meter quickly tells
the operator the proper amount of belt pressure on
the seat.This greatly reduces the possibility of improper
belt tracking. |
