1. Use CNC 2 axes controller with high speed servo motors and easy control panel. All programming data are by tablized enterence. All operation modes are clearly shown at a switch interface. Easy operation and precision control. All tools are either carbide or carbide-tipped in order to be suitable for mass production, high speed running, precision control and stable quality.
2. Feed axis can be moved forward and backward to form special jobs in accord with forming slides and optional air slides. Cam axis can also be rotated forward and backward to do multiple actions to easilize setup.
3. One machine is with two functions. Torsion function can do horizontal and vertical actions to make torsion springs and wire forms. Coiler action can make compression springs with high precision and high speed.
4. Reserved 3 sets of air valves can be programmed for optional air slides or other applications.
5. Use air touch to control spring angle. It also can do front action when you install a forming tool on it.
6. Machine can be stop automatically while miss touch and wind more angles or coils to identify bad springs.
7. Feed rollers is released by a roller locker. It is easily to change wire and it is efficient.
