TDF is composed of a large-diameter corrugated boiler body and a group of fire tubes. It has more conducting heat area and still maintain boiler efficiency as high as 90~95%. The assembling and manufacturing is more simple than water tube boiler, therefore TDF has been used popularly by the scale of pressure of 10kg/cm2 and vaporization of 15,000kg/hr.
