INJECTION UNIT
Injection hydraulic systemcemploys proportional flow and pressure control values. shot volume, injection pressure and speed can be set on each stage according to product condition.
The injection unit is equipped with 5-step P.I.D. temperature controller for fast and start heating to the set temperature, assuring superior product quality.
The injection carriage featurls various speed controls and high positioning accuracy.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Employs visible control management. molding parameters are easy to set without need of experienced operator.
