This machine is specialized for the foaming of EVA Mould Wedge. The cooling and heating circuit system for foaming plates is separately controlled which may shorten the molding time and save the cooling and heating energy. In the long term, the easy breakage of parts of circuit caused from the traditional type which the cooling and heating is combined together will be improved so as to prolong the life of machine.
The control panel is easy to learn and operate. The circuit is controlled by general relay type which is convenient for maintenance.
The simple design of hydraulic circuit makes a low breakage and easy to maintain.
The material for cooling and heating plates is aluminum alloy which makes a high conduction.
The pressing seat is double-layer type. It may choose single side or front/rear side operation.
This machine is equipped with six sets of cooling and heating working stations. It¡¦s available to eight sets according to customers¡¦ request.
