1.Constant temperature and moisture air-conditioning system (ice water machine, heater, moisturizer, air conditioning box, water-cooling platform)
Because of the airtight space in the dust-free room, the constant moisture system can detect the needs of materials and whether or not to add treatments. When personnel are in the dust-free room for extended amounts of time, it is recommended that the constant temperature air-conditioning treatment be added in order to maintain air freshness and cleanliness as well as the temperature in the dust-free room.
2. Personnel Air-shower
The biggest source of dust in dust-free rooms is from people. Therefore, before entering dust-free rooms, employees should first pass through the personnel air-shower. In addition, they should wear clothing that does not give off dust. Excellent dust-free rooms come about through reduced pollution in dust-free rooms, and this ensures product quality.
3. Dust-Free Room Partition Wall
