1. SB-SA type from 200 mm diameter to 3660 mm diameter , conform to the standard
"AWWA C504"and "CNS 12741-B2798" for short-body flange rubber-seated butterfly valve.
2. SB-GJ type from 400 mm diameter to 2000 mm diameter , conform to the standard"JIS B2064" and "CNS 12742-B2799" butterfly valve for waterwork.
3. SB-TP type from 100 mm (4 in) diameter to 1800 mm (72 in) diameter , conform to the standard "AWWA C504" for short-body flange rubber-seated butterfly valve and " MSS SP-67" butterfly valve.
4. The body seat is firmly secured to the inside circumferential surface of the valve body. The valve body is constructed so conveniently that its rubber seat can be removed and replaced at the site.
5. With the disc made of stainless steel , and the body with rubber lined , this valve is used for seawater , can provide better corrosion resistance.
6. The stem seals are of V-type packing , therefore they are superior in their sealing effect. And moreover thanks to split-type , their replacement can be done without removing the valve operator. Also the sleeve-type bronze bearings applied are self-lubricated , that requires no supply of lubricants.
7. All type are perfect in its watertightness..Moreover , the material and construction of these valves are applied so that it is substantially maintenance-free. |
