Jiunn Long machines are built with robust structure for a durable life.
The driving gears are immersed in dense lubrication oil permanently which decreasing dynamic friction to get a less vibration performance.
The lower plate and driving gears are processing by precisely machine tools and the tolerance of central circularity driving portion is controlIed within 0.01mm so that the machine is running smoothly with noise-free and less vibration at high R.P.M. performance.
A double sinker ring and outlet holes are designed on the top side of cylinder which prevents built up of cotton fluff and keeps the cylinder clean all the times.
Oil lubricator is equipped as standard equipment to keep the needle groove and camming track under suitable lubrication.
Material of cams are SKD-11,a strong resistance steel, carved by CNC milling machines and proceeded by high frequency heating treatment. Strong and reliability.
RID division of our company adopt SoIid Works3-D design system that provides animated simulation of a virtual demon for the mechanical design. It greatIy improves the reliability of all machines that we proudly present.
4-Tracks cam,
The cams on our standard offered 4 track cam blocks are made of special alloy steel, carved by CNC milling machines and proceeded with grinding and polishing process. It makes the tracks on cams to be more smoothly for needles running along, It is not only to speed up the machine but also to offer a longer life to the needles.
Stations Take-up
The tightness of whole lot of fabrics can be set up by a 60-Step take up device. Through function of multi-step variable speed control, it is easier and time saving for adjusting the facility of knitting stripe fabrics as required. The weight per yard of fabrics cab be controlled as well. The winding roller with floating type is to keep an even tightness of fabrics and be pulled up easily.
All of cotton, silk, linen, synthetic and its blends .is possibly to be knitted on this machine.
The fabrics with patterns of float knit, pique, twill, Lacoste, and the others for summer season high quality apparels are possibly knitted on this machine. Even the fabrics for bed covers and industrial lining, can be produced as well. In case of knitting with Lycra, then it is able to knit fabrics for swimming suit and dancing tights. |
