Make 100-1000 denier of PE or PP flat yarn.
Different strips of PE or PP flat yarns will be slitted.
There are about 75,000 meter length of flat yarn can be offered one time to save the labor and time of often changing yarns.
Reduce the joints of yarns, fabrics won't be breakable and raise the efficiency of knitting machine.
Stable feed yarns and yarns won't be twisted to promote the quality of fabrics.
Decrease waste.
Conditions of film
The film used in slitting and extension machine must be even, smooth and can't be folded.
The thickness of film is 0.065mm ~ 0.13mm.
The film must have not been extended.
It is better to adopt blown film used in this machine. |
