16 steps changed, ranging75-3600RPM for A2 milling head.
3HP AC motor drives S2 milling head, incorporating with 3.7kw programmble frequency inverter in control box and speed meter for micrometric speedadjustment from 60 to 3600RPM(the fastest speed up to 4050RPM). Fully protected, and it features trouble displayed.
SPINDLE-Spindle is made of chrome molybedenumsteel (SCM-21), one piece machined, tempering and carburizing heat treated, precision ground. Spindle runs on precision bearing that offers wide cutting range.
FORCED LUBRICATION SYSTEM FOR MILUNG HEAD-The gears and bearings in milling head are forced circulating lubrication that gives the excellent lubrication effect. Fitted with an oil level indicator, making assure the parts life.
