For this machine, the knife axial and cutters are specially designed for fast pulverizing and lowering the loading of the motor.
The processing capacity is many times over normal machines.
The bearing holder is equipped with recycling water cooling devices, which may reduce the heat effects of bearing and the machine itself and also avoid hardness decreasing of smashing cutter due to the overheating.
The bearing uses cylindrical roller bearings with the features of high wear-resistance and long life span.
This machine is a generalized application machine. It can be used for plastics like PVC, PP, PC, PE, ABS475 and the smashing for the recycling of membrane remanufacturing.
Feeders for the machine include drum, pneumatic transferred, screw feeder, and conveyor. |
