Independent squeegee unit device
Travelling by AC motor with invertor. Squeeging width, Squeeging speed,
Reverse squeeging speed can be adjusted easily by the operation panel.
Design matching minute adjusting Knob, Squeeging pressure adjusting
knob with guraduation, Squeegee fitting metals, Frame fitting metals etc.,
are designed in compact unit for easy operation.
Pasting device
By adjustment of each rolls, paste thickness can be set freely and achieved
uniform pasting also control pasting width.
Wash unit
The wash unit is notable for it's high cleaning effect and minimal water
consumption,thanks to the steady nylon brushes and counterflow principle.
We can shift up washing unit by air cylinder system.
Cloth-feed in device
The cloth guider and the non-tension continuous feed in ensrues straight and
edge-true of most woven or knitted material can be installed, weft straightner
in optional specifications. |
