Dry synthetic leather is made largely form PU resin using a coating process in which the resin is spread on scored releasing paper and then dried. It is then coated with glue and covered with a cloth(either woven or non-woven) as a base and then dried to form the completed product. This and other processes make the product consistent in their markings and textures, and printing and appearance of the finest real leather.
